Helping build a formidable empowered and dedicated focal unit that is abreast with Employee Assistance Program (EAP). It is an inward and outward looking intervention for both independent and multi-sectoral agencies that adopts a Workplace Integrated Peer Education (WIPE). The WIPE training package has a key focus on three key pillars; HIV & AIDS, Mental Wellness and Alcohol & Drug Abuse (ADA).

The initiative is designed to mold the youth by delving into three vital spheres. The program revolves around Knowledge, Life Skills, and Self Awareness. Our primary demographic, aged 10-24, is the focal point for Growth, Education, Empowerment, and Connection. Our origins trace back to a project initially aimed at tackling the severe health implications of the HIV pandemic among Adolescents and Young People (AYPs), primarily caused by poor adherence to Antiretroviral Therapy (ART).
Sir Antonio International provides a virtual EAP support. This is a 24-7-365 response program. This is an advisory platform that listens, hears and refers. Our chat-board is designed to be an anonymous safe space for assistance seekers but public to the general community.
Sir Antonio Advisory Centre is staffed with dedicated WIPE Champions and registered professionals from partner organizations.
We engage in advisory matters on HIV & AIDS, Mental Wellness, Alcohol & Drug Abuse and psychosocial counselling.

Sir Antonio International is adopting the use of art to enhance the quality of the workplace for individuals as well as teams of professionals, including utilizing art in the workplace as a means of motivation and inspiration.
