Antonio Braizeniv

Chief Executive Officer

Sir Antonio, a Certified Professional Change Champion (CPCC), is a strategist, communicator, and speaker who leverages information to influence behavior, mindset, and climate change. ‘SIR’ stands for Restrategize, Restore, Rebound, Recognize and Retain, bolstering organizations' impactful change endeavors. His aim is to nurture change agents and collaborate for shared outcomes. Sir Antonio formerly served as a business development manager for a Health NGO executing HIV, SGBV & Research initiatives, and with International University of East Africa (IUEA) in Kampala. He also participates in the Condom Technical Working Group, advising the National Syndemic Diseases Control Council (NSDCC) on condom-based prevention strategies.

Joyce Yiaile

Chief Administrative Officer

Joyce is a versatile professional with expertise in strategic, human resource, and financial management. Her experience is rooted in practical skills gained through technical knowledge and on-the-job experience. She specializes in enhancing institutional administrative systems, optimizing human resources, and developing policies driven by integrity to achieve strategic objectives effectively. She is also the Director in charge of Corporate Services at NGO Coordination Board. She has a Master's in Administration with a double major in Strategic Management and Human Resource Management from Daystar University, a Bachelor's in Business Administration specialized in Human Resource Management from Kenya Methodist University, and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Ahmed Ismail

Chief Business Development Officer

Ahmed is a seasoned international development expert concentrating on East Africa and the Horn of Africa. He possesses an 8-year history in Somalia, engaging in initiatives supported by The World Bank, EU, and USAID. His proficiency encompasses political, societal, and economic domains, fostering collaboration among varied stakeholders. Additionally, Ahmed serves as an entrepreneur with expertise in technological innovations for Education, logistics, and Transport sectors within East Africa, showcasing a diverse mixture of professional and technical proficiencies in multiple fields. Ahmed was commissioned by HanVard Africa to execute the Somalia Investment Climate Reform Program, funded by The World Bank and other contributors.

He drives climate-friendly policies through engagement with governments, participation in conferences, and advocacy groups, earning positions in influential organizations like UNESCO, UNFPA, UNEP, and more. John leads Green World Youth, ranked 202 among top climate influencers, and serves as a steering committee member for Africa Youth Climate Assembly.

Jane is a prominent SDG champion, advocating for environmental sustainability and climate action. With expertise in forestry, soil science, and watershed management, she emphasizes trees' role in environmental preservation and community well-being. She promotes climate resilience in educational institutions through project-based knowledge exchange, aiming to reduce resource conflicts and empower youth through circular economy education and clean energy initiatives. She is presently advancing Global Solidarity by contributing to the global movement for climate action and amplifying the voice of young people on a broader scale.

Sir Antonio is re-imagining the prevention & social behavior change agenda. The initiative promotes behavior change information access for youth and the workplace. It creates secure environments for State employees, disciplined forces, and higher education students to address concerns. It aids government entities in achieving their target for the 15 Billion Tree Campaign. Additionally, it enables access to essential health commodities like condoms, lubricants, HIV self-testing kits, and counseling services. It also offers a virtual Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for psychosocial support and treatment referrals.
